Registration Guide

• One registration covers only one paper. At least one author must complete an advanced or online registration by the camera-ready submission deadline for the paper to be included in the final conference program.
• Credit card payment is available only through the online registration system.
• For any inquiries regarding registration, please contact iemek (email).
• The registration fee includes refreshments during conference breaks for in-person participants.
• The registration fee does not include accommodation or airport transfers.
• If you plan to attend the conference and give your presentation in person, please select On-site.
• If you do not plan to attend the conference venue and wish to present your paper remotely, please select Online.

* In principle, one registration covers only one paper. At least one author per paper must complete a Regular Registration by the advanced registration deadline in order for the paper to be included in the conference program.

– Visa, Master, and JCB are available to use for online registration.
– Payment by credit card is available only through the online procedure.
– All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
– Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Cancellation should be made by June 30, 2026 for 70% refund. It is not refundable after June 30, 2026. If you need electronic copies (as a format of pdf) of an invoice and/or a receipt for your registration payment, you may ask them by sending a request email to conference secretariat (iemek@iemek.org) with the following information:

– full name
– affiliation
– registration number
– date of payment
– method of payment (credit card or bank transfer), and
– amount of payment

The receipt for your registration payment will be issued and emailed to you once all the information is confirmed.
